I have a bright yellow dress, pale skin, and super sparkly silver accessories...how should i do my makeup?
pale is great for that kinda dress.

go for some foundation (your skin tone ivory im geussing)

some pale pink lipgloss (i mean pale)

some pink blush, black masscara and liquid black eyeliner (optional)

you might think %26quot;o ill look like a doll%26quot; but trust me, its a good look i go for.
Reply:Do foundation and a nude lipstick, then a little mascara and BRIGHT YELLOW EYESHADOW

that would look awesome!!
Reply:smokey eyes with aqua or turquoise (instead of dark colors) would look pretty and complement the color of the dress

I like L%26#039;Oreal HIP eyeshadow in Sassy or CoverGirl eye enhancers in Aqua Paradise
Reply:hmmm do some brown eyeliner. a little blush and either a light brown or pink eyeshadow and ur good to go :D

have fun!
Reply:I would go with red lipstick, some blush, and silver eyeshadow

Makeup tips?
I found some info hope it helps

Brown-eyed girls make violets and blues even more electric

What You Need

Eye primer (you don%26#039;t need it, but it%26#039;s great for keeping shadow in place)

2 Shadows: One light, one darker

Eyeliner

Makeup brushes

Mascara

The key to the perfect smoky eye is proper blending. You want to make sure colors are blended together flawlessly. Also, it%26#039;s important to pair light base colors with rich dark colors. Nice mixes include: Soft gold base with deep purple on top, champagne base with bright blue and peach base with green hue.

Prep the lid. The key to keeping eyeshadow from melting into your eyelid crease as the day goes on is to kept eyelids oil-free. To do this start with an eyeshadow base (also called %26quot;primer%26quot;). I prefer to dab at bit of MAC%26#039;s %26#039;paint%26#039; on lids before shadow application. Or try Fresh Freshface Perfecting Eye Primer.

Apply eyeliner. If you%26#039;re going for a typical black, brown or gray smoky eye, apply liner in one of those colors above the upper lash line, drawing line thicker in the middle of eye. If your opting for a jewel-toned eye (violet makes a gorgeous smoky eye), line eyes with a purple, blue or deep green liner.

Blend in color on bottom lashes For color on the bottom (a key smoky eye look) you%26#039;ll want a lighter eyeliner. The key is to %26quot;smudge it.%26quot; You can also apply a bit of shadow to get full smudge effect.

Apply light base color Again, the key to a smoky eye is pairing a lighter base with the darker hue. I prefer a nice cream shade for my base. Sweep a light, shimmery shadow over the lids to your browbone. I love Stila%26#039;s whipped eye shadows $20. The moist %26quot;mousse%26quot; consistency seems to stay on forever. My favorite colors are taupe and pearl.

Blend in darker color, but keep dark color below the crease. Now that you have the base and eyeliner on, it%26#039;s time to get the smoky effect. You need a darker eyeshadow shade. Using an eyeshadow brush blend in color starting at your lash line, blending up. Make sure to blend color into the lash line so the eye liner disappears. Stop deep color at crease.

Doublecheck your work Make sure eyes match and blend color with a Q-tip if need be.

Tips:

Remember to keep lips nude. When applying strong makeup (like smoky eyes or red lips) put the focus on either eyes or lips, never both. (Think Angelina Jolie: She either plays up her huge eyes or her huge lips, never both. If she did, she%26#039;d look like a clown).

For a bit of fun, try a blue or purple mascara. It will make blue eyes %26quot;pop.%26quot;

Liner doesn%26#039;t have to come in pencil form. Makeup experts know eyeshadows make some of the best eyeliners. To do this take an eyeliner brush (available at Sephora, MAC or any dept store), wet it, then dab wet brush into the dark shadow. This allows for a deep, precise line. You can also use the dark shadows without wetting brush first. Either way, eyeliner is necessary for smoky eye.

This season go jewel-toned. Like a deep purple, a gold-brown or any of the many vibrant colors in this year.

I have brown eyes too. I love them
Makeup tips?
I would suggest using a highlighter shimmer powder in the inner corners of your eyes and also in between the lower %26amp; upper eyelashes at the outer corners to open them up a bit %26amp; look a little larger. Also, longer lashes can make your eyes look a bit bigger, so maybe try some individual fake lashes at the outer edges to add some volume %26amp; length. A friend used to rim her eyes with a white eyeliner for a wide eyed look - don%26#039;t know if I%26#039;d really go so far as to recommend it, but you could try!
Reply:I have similar coloring and deep-set eyes. I look good in brown, copper, navy or khaki green eyeliner. People try to get me to wear purple, but it makes me look like I got punched in the face, so I ignore any saleslady who tries to push that on me. I wear eyeliner on the top or the bottom lids, but never on both at the same time. Black mascara makes your eyes stand out. Peach, white, gold, pink or lavender eyeshadow. Dark shadows will make your eyes look smaller, so don%26#039;t bother with them.

For blush I can wear just about any color I want, and so can you. Same thing with lips. I don%26#039;t wear drugstore blushes, but here are some of my favorites. Lancome Rose Fresche, Shimmer Pink Pool, Bronze Glow (a bronzer) and Shimmer Coral Sunset. Origins Blush in Autumn Fields.

The best red lipstick in the world for olive skin is Lancome Color Design Ooh La La.

If you want a tutorial, go to the makeup counter at Macy%26#039;s or Nordstrom and ask for one. You will have a lot of fun, and you%26#039;ll learn a lot too. They are free, but you%26#039;ll probably end up buying a couple products anyway.

Reply:Ive heard that people with small eyes look better with a lighter colored eyeliner..its suppose to bring out your eyes. Also heating the eyeliner pencil with a cigarette lighter before use makes it go on smoother.
Reply:Dont use liquid eyeliner if you have small eyes because it%26#039;ll make them look tiny. Definitley go for paler make up , it%26#039;ll make you look gorg

Maybelline new york Mineral make up?

Have you ever tried this make up? Do you like it?
Maybelline new york Mineral make up?
I have tried it, and it%26#039;s ok. It%26#039;s very sheer, but also builds up in a strange sort of way. I don%26#039;t know if it%26#039;s that way for everyone, but I don%26#039;t personally recommend it lol
Maybelline new york Mineral make up?
Yes I have tried it and it looks cakey and unnatural. I would recommend Mac mineral makeup. It is a little more expensive at $25, but works much better.
Reply:I love to use mineral foundations as they are light on the skin and blend well, but the maybelline one didnt do either of those things for me. It didnt blend very well and looked uneven, but MAC have a really great one that i love and use all the time now!
Reply:i hate it.

i bought it and it dosnt work at all.

i use it as a bronzer over my foundation now..

lol but it barely shows up:/

Reply:A cheaper brand that really works well is Loreal Lash Out mascara. It makes your lashes long and soft, and out of the MANY brands I try, I always go back to this one.

Reply:URBAN DECAY!!!!!

Reply:Great lash by Maybeline(only like 4 or 5 dollars)...I like this better than the more expensive ones like MAC or Mary Kay.
Reply:dont listen to all of those other ppl. cuz there is only ONE mascara that can do this, please please listen to me. its cover girl lash blast. sure its not $30 but it works AMAZING. i bought some and i was like oh my gosh!!! i lost it and i started crying. but once im feeling better (im sick) im going out to get some make up so i dont get sick again. and im getting some lash blast. please listen to me! this is the ONLY mascara that lengthens and volumizes. its the bomb. in my opinion its better than those mascaras that are supposed to lengthen. you know like the ones with the white, then the color. its way better than those!!! its affordable at target its only like $7-8

Luscious Lash Thickening Primer

It will make your lashes VERY long and thick if you use the two together.
Reply:Lancome Definicils Mascara makes my lashes so long it scares my family. It might be exactly what you%26#039;re looking for. You have to buy it at department stores like Macy%26#039;s or Nordstrom.
Reply:really good mascara it makes my eyelashes look alot longer and they aint that long
Reply:If you want long lashes, try Lancome definitals (you can get it at sephora)! it is a skinny brush that really elongate lashes. However, the only bad thing is that it is really expensive ( like 24 dollars)! But if you want something that really works and that will last, try this one. However, if you are looking for something cheaper that also works good, try CoverGirl LashBlast mascara ($6 at any drug store). I find that it works really well because of the flexible brush!

I hope this information helps you!! If you have any other questions, you can just email me :)
Reply:http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh... i basically live off of this stuff it has hemp oil to moiturize your eyelashes AND it curls and elongates

My eyes are gold colour?

is this normal? i never really noticed them before because..you know you get used to yourself and the way you look...but yeah i noticed my eyes are like eagles eye colour....why did i get this colour...............i never seen anyone with this colour..only blue/gray, green and brown...which category do mine fit in
My eyes are gold colour?
My friend has gold eyes too! If someone asks, say %26quot;hazel%26quot; or simply just... gold.
My eyes are gold colour?
You can have gold eyes my friend has them.
Reply:It%26#039;s normal, just rare. Your eyes are hazel or light brown.
Reply:everybodys eyes are different
Reply:That%26#039;s Normal, just kind of rare.

My Eyes are goldish!
Reply:Yellow is an actual eye color. I%26#039;ve found that mostly people who are albino or get freckles when they tan, are the most likely to have golden eyes. I believe that yellow/gold is a super recessive eye color, that it%26#039;s underneath most eye colors, but you can%26#039;t see it because the pigments are so dark. But remove the pigments and you have gold.
Reply:i have the same color of eyes and i just call mine hazel or honey brown
Reply:You have a very unique eye color, enjoy it.

I have a friend who has auburn hair and a more olive toned skin and she has the gold eye color.

It would be considered Hazel or Hazel Gold - the other versions are Hazel-Green and Hazel-Brown (there is no hazel-blue , though newborns who will eventually be brown-eyed sometimes have an unusual eye color that could fit that description).

My husband and daughter have the Hazel-Green and Hazel-Brown eye colors and they are quite pretty.

I can guess that one of your parents has brown eyes, and probably brown on the lighter side. The other parent likely has blue or green. Yes ?

Usually the in-between colors come when two parents have opposite eye colors and you get a genetic %26quot;blend%26quot; but kids in this same %26quot;mixed%26quot; eye color family can have many different versions and sometimes one of each (a very rare combination - each eye a different color).

Enjoy your uniqueness and play it up with complimentary make-up colors. For subtle effects choose eyeshadow/pencil in a shade close to your eye color and for a dramatic look go with an %26quot;opposite%26quot; color which would be something in the purple range.

Have fun.

PS - I have a Teal-Blue eye color and I use subtle brown tones in make-up colors to enhance the effect and people often ask if I have on colored contacts.

It is fun to be different.
Reply:You probably got this colour from genetics.Your very lucky because those eyes are pretty and maybe rare.
Reply:that is so wierd i have gold eyes too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and when i say gold i mean GOLD.

haha there very gold but i love them.

and in the middle of mine i have like little brown dots!

haha i like them cause not very many people have them.
Reply:it could be wilson%26#039;s disease so i recommend you get your eyes checked by a doctor. ASAP...plz for your own sake.

How do i get such crease free lips?*pic*?

i wanted to know if there is anyway (apart from photoshop) to apply lipstick such that the creases of ur lips arent visible?? like a matte effect? and how do you make lips plumper?

thanks

heres a pick. i think she has lipstick on which is closest to my description

http://img.timeinc.net/people/i/2006/sty...
How do i get such crease free lips?*pic*?
You can%26#039;t altogether get rid of creases on lips but you can hide them. Lipstick is perfect to cover them creases but you will need some coats to cover them perfectly and it won%26#039;t be very comfortable. You can ease it by applying clear lip gloss.

If you mean healthier lips you can try this it does really help, I%26#039;ve tried it before: Firstly apply Vaseline onto lip ( not too much) and wait for about 3-5 minutes and then get a toothbrush and gently brush your lips (not too hard). Finally you can either wash the vaseline off or get a tissue and wipe it off. Doing this regularly, like once in a week can really help your lips.

To make you lips plummer you can use lip liner and then apply lip liner to all of your lips. Then apply lipstick. And then finally apply clear lip gloss for a glossy finish.
How do i get such crease free lips?*pic*?
To get that plumper look line your lips with a pencil that is only slightly darker than the shade of lipstick you will be using. Line the upper lip entirely. Line the lower lip only partially. Don%26#039;t line the very center of your lower lip. Make sure that you%26#039;re lining the very outer edges of your lips.

To get that crease free look put on some chapstick. Then apply your lipstick with a lip brush. This helps you to get into all the nooks and crannys of your lips without wasting any lipstick. Don%26#039;t cake it on. Only apply enough to acheive the desired color.

To acheive that full glossy look find a lip gloss with a brush applicator. Dab some in the center of your lower lip and spread it around by rubbing your lips together.

Hope this helps.
Reply:You can%26#039;t make it crease free... if I were worried about, use lots of chapstick, after a while go and buy matte lipstick (Unless you%26#039;re old... it%26#039;ll make it worse) because it%26#039;s one, solid dark color. To make your lips look plumper you can use lip gloss. To actually make your lips plumper there%26#039;s plastic surgery or many expensive products out there...
Reply:Use the Lip Toxyl by Bee Luscious it adds collogen to your lips to fill in the fine lines. I noticed a real difference in about a week.

They also have a colored one called Lip Toxyl Sheer.

Reply:her lips are photoshoped or airbrushed. Sorry, i think it%26#039;s almost impossible for a normal person to get %26quot;crease free%26quot; lips. Just try using chapstick and lip gloss a lot. That will even out your lips and make them smoother looking and feeling.
Reply:If I were you, i%26#039;d go more towards the redish-pink color, because its red, it will make the creases invisible.

Bolder Eyebrows?

I have naturally thin, and naturally light eyebrows. They really annoy me, I wish I could make them look bolder, which seems to be popular now.

Any suggestions to make them appear bolder? Thanks =]
Bolder Eyebrows?
use an eyebrow pencil to define them
Bolder Eyebrows?
You can actually buy eyebrow kits!
Reply:use an eyebrow pencil
Reply:Blend eye shaddow in but use one that matches your hair colour
Reply:Me too! To make mine more defined i use an eyebrow pencil or powder slightly darker than my color of (eyebrow) hair and then lightly color them in (going in the direction of hair growth) - making sure that each one matches the other- that they are symmetrical. Use an eybrow brush to even the actual hairs out. If your in a hurry, and dont have any pencils or powders, use eyeshadow of a neutral color (like your eyebrows) and brush that out... Hope i helped!! Good LUCK!!
Reply:I have the same problem. I just use a product at Ulta that helps me make it look more darker.
Reply:Bee Luscious has a professional brow shaper kit. It is perfect. It works much better than a pencil and more natural!
